Once you’ve been notified your order is ready for pickup, you’ll have 14 days to pick up your order.
Bring your receipt and a valid photo ID with you to pick up your order.
Physical Passes are activated at the time of fulfillment. This includes all passes that are marked as “Local Pickup” on the online store.
Pass cards must be swiped for the first time within 6 months of activation to remain valid. This gives you flexibility while ensuring the passes are ready when you’re ready to start the fun!
After the first swipe, the pass remains valid for 365 days, offering a year of enjoyment from the activation date.
All Paperless Passes are activated and ready to use at the time of purchase.
VIP Paperless Passes expire 365 days from the date of purchase.
All Day Passes, Value Passes, Ultimate Passes, and other single day passes expire 180 days after purchase. This gives you time to use them even if you miss the day you planned to visit.
