Refund Policy

At Toad’s Fun Zone, we aim to provide the best possible experience for all our guests. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs. Please review our refund policy below:

Deposits:

Fully Refundable: Deposits are fully refundable if your reservation is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance of your scheduled event.
Non-Refundable: A $50 deposit is required to secure your reservation. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your event will result in the $50 deposit being non-refundable.

Cancellation Process:

To cancel your reservation, please contact us by phone or email. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your event will be eligible for a full refund of your deposit, which will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your event, please reach out to us. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new date and time, subject to availability.
